How fast does it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and package should be received in 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excl. holidays) If you would like your package sooner and would like to pay for expedited shipping, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering.
COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We are still shipping out daily and our processing times have not been affected. We do partner with United States Postal Service to help deliver your package to you. ~98% of all orders are being delivered on time as normal, however we ask for patience as some pockets in the nation could experience personnel shortage that can delay delivery times. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unique time for our world.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping options on our site currently. For shipping costs, the best way to know how much shipping would be is to go through as if you were ordering what you would like and before completing order you will see your shipping costs. Please keep in mind that additional custom fees might apply once arrived in your country. We are not able to guarantee shipping times as that will depend on the shipping service you choose during checkout. We currently offer USPS Priority, DHL and UPS shipping options that offer quicker delivery times.
What do I do if something happens with my Glow by Daye product within a year of purchase?
We offer a warranty with each and every Glow by Daye product, if you are having issues with your item(s), please reach out to us directly at email@example.com. We will be able to replace for you (minus shipping)
