How fast does it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and package should be received in 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excl. holidays) Please keep in mind due to the global pandemic of Covid-19 certain areas in the nation for USPS are heavily impacted with personnel and transportation shortages and shipping times might be delayed. If you would like your package sooner Priority Express shipping is an option during checkout and is guaranteed for on time deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping options on our site currently. For shipping costs, the best way to know how much shipping would be is to go through as if you were ordering what you would like and before completing order you will see your shipping costs. All International Orders are Final Sale, No Exchanges.
We offer shipping via DHL and UPS for international orders.
Please keep in mind that additional custom fees might apply once arrived in your country.
We are not able to quote customs/duty fees into your respective country as each one differs. We would ask that you research what that might be for you before placing order.
My order was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it. Where is it?
Recently, USPS couriers have been marking packages as delivered prior to delivering due to personnel shortages. Please allow 2 business days for it to be delivered as they typically show up then. If not, please email us.
What is the Shipping Protection We Offer?
Our shipping protection is our solution for your lost, damaged or stolen packages! It's optional, so you don't need to use it. But if you decide to opt-in and pay at checkout simply check "Add Shipping Protection" and you're covered on any lost or damaged items.
What do I do if something happens with my Glow by Daye product within 6 months of purchase?
We offer a warranty with each and every Glow by Daye product, if you are having issues with your item(s), please email us. We will be able to help resolve for you in most cases (any replacements will incur shipping costs)
