MEDIUM POROSITY

Greek yogurt, Apple Cider, and Honey Conditioner
½ cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
lavender oil (optional)
Leave it to the Greeks to devise delicious breakfasts that also work as hair conditioner. Greek yogurt imbues your hair with protein, while the cider vinegar helps to cleanse and detangle. Honey, once again, helps lock in moisture, and a few drops of a nice essential oil will help mask the vinegar scent while your hair steeps in this luxurious treatment.
HIGH POROSITY

Feel free to add additional yolks and olive oil (1 tablespoon of olive oil per egg yolk) based on the length and thickness of your hair.
Keep in plastic cap and Glow by Daye Shower Cap ( satin on the exterior) for 20 minutes and rinse with COLD water.
